Question 1

Is the apartment furnished?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all mHomes apartments are handed over fully furnished — including bed, wardrobe, desk, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can move in with just a suitcase.

Question 2

Are utilities and internet included in the rent?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the specific listing — whether utilities, electricity, or internet are included is shown directly in this apartment's pricing overview. If not included, we'll inform you transparently about additional costs before signing.

Question 3

Is there WiFi in the apartment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all mHomes apartments come with WiFi included, and the cost is already covered in the rent. The WiFi password can be found on the back of the router on-site.

Question 4

Can I register my address (Anmeldung) at this property?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes — registering with the local registration office (Bürgeramt) is possible, and we provide the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) required for it. If in doubt, please check directly with our rental team, as this can vary by property.

Question 5

How much is the security deposit?

Accepted Answer

The security deposit is typically two to three months' cold rent and is due when the contract is signed. The exact amount for this listing will be confirmed by our team when you request to book.

Question 6

How does the booking process work?

Accepted Answer

You send us a request via the contact form on this page, our team typically responds within 24 hours, and after a short coordination step (including a viewing if needed) you'll receive the rental contract to sign.

Question 7

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

No, pets are not allowed in WG rooms, out of consideration for all flatmates.

Question 8

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as early as possible — we review your situation individually and work with you to find a fair solution, such as adjusting the move-in date or ending the contract under the agreed terms.
