It started with a problem.
In Munich, furnished apartments were everywhere — but most were poorly managed, inconsistently priced, and operationally inefficient.
Owners were losing money.
Tenants had unreliable experiences.
There was no system behind it.
So instead of building another agency, we built something different: a structured operating model for furnished living.
